Champion for Human Rights, Gender Equality and Migration.
Human rights give sense to our lives. We work toward making each life count and join efforts to promote and realise gender-responsive human rights.
Gender & human rights analysis
Analyse contexts, policies, strategies, plans, and their impact in various countries and sectors, from a gender and human rights perspective.
Strategies, policies & action plans
Support duty-bearers to translate their promises and commitments into policies, strategies and plans to respect, protect and realise human rights.
Capacity building & training
Equip staff and organisations (civil society organisations, political parties, agencies, financial institutions,...) to fulfil their role in promoting gender equality and realising human rights.
Monitoring & evaluation
Leverage evidence to improve programming, strengthen accountability, inform decision-making and increase the impact that clients have on gender equality, human rights and dignified migration.
Guide organisations to apply a human rights-based approach and gender mainstreaming to empower rights-holders and hold duty-bearers accountable.
We work hand-in-hand with international organisations, national governments and their ministries, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and other key actors to realise and promote gender-responsive human rights.
Our work is informed by decades of experience in the public and private sectors, academia and civil society.
Diversity is at the core of who we are and what we do. Our team of consultants includes development practitioners, professors, data scientists and human rights champions. From programme design to implementation to policy analysis, we apply our range of local knowledge and global expertise to help our clients achieve inclusive, transformative change.
We envision a world in which all people enjoy and exercise their human rights. Our goal is to equip duty-bearers and rights-holders to achieve this future – be that through policy, strategy, training or action.
Do we share a common vision?

Insights on Equality
How can we promote the universality of human rights?
On this Human Rights Day, we commemorate the 10th of December 1948, when the UN General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). We stress, year after year, the universality of human rights. How can we strengthen our efforts, close the gap and leave no one behind?
Raising our voices during the International Intersex Awareness Day
Today is International Intersex Awareness Day. Each year on the 26th of October, we raise awareness for the rights of intersex persons and fight against the human rights violations they experience during their lifetimes, often beginning at birth.
International Women’s Day 2021: Women’s leadership is essential to ‘build back better’ during and after COVID-19
The month of March is increasingly the time of year when global feminist movements take stock – of recent successes, of historical anniversaries, of continuing barriers to equality and the emergence of new challenges.
